WIPO publishes the article “Video Games: Computer Programs or Creative Works?” by Andy Ramos

The World Intellectual Property Organization -WIPO- has published an article written by Andy Ramos, head of the IP at Bardají & Honrado Abogados, under the title “Video Games: Computer Programs or Creative Works”. In the article, the author questions the traditional clasification of video games, holding that these modern works of authorship should be considered, in many cases, Creative Works, instead of mere software.
