PT. Outsource Indonesia was established in 2005 and begun in the labor supply / man-power outsourcing services sector (a.k.a. contract staffing private placement services). Since then, the company has diversified to offer other human resources (HR) related services and stand-alone customized services to our clients, such as:
1. Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), specializing in non-management level position
2. Human Resource Operations / Support Services Outsourcing (HRO), specializing in execution of our clients’ HRD
policies & procedures, including tasks such as:
a) Developing & preparing working contracts
b) Developing & preparing company policy handbook for Labor Department approval
c) Registering employees’ statutory requirements (i.e. tax ID number, Jamsostek/BPJS insurance memberships, etc.)
d) Coaching clients’ staffs & other industrial relations tasks (i.e. issuance of warning letter, termination processing, etc.)
3. Payroll Outsourcing, specializing in end-to-end management of attendance, leave, overtime, tax, benefits, and other compensation & benefits calculations, in addition to statutory filings, bank payment transfers to clients’ employees, and production & distribution of employees’ pay slips
4. Outbound Call Center, focusing on data verification, checking & tele-information campaigns
