Dan is one of the firm’s founding partners. Before setting up the firm, he was a partner with Schoenherr Romania and head of the Dispute Resolution team of the law firm between January 2010 and March 2013. Dan has over 14 years of professional experience, mainly in arbitration and litigation. He has advised in a broad range of complex cases, having represented clients at all levels of the local judicial system.
Dan has been lead counsel in various commercial and civil law cases and has handled high profile domestic and international arbitrations as well as intellectual property, employment, corporate and tax law disputes. His experience includes coordinating a large team of lawyers (in-house as well as external) acting on behalf of a major Romanian company in respect to more than 20,000 employment law cases the company has been involved in.
Dan has been confirmed as a leading litigation lawyer by various independent legal directories, most recently by the latest Legal 500 survey.
