Alejandro qualified as a Spanish Solicitor with the equivalent to the Law Society in Alicante in 1994.
He has been practising in the UK since 2007 and qualified as an English Solicitor in 2011, acting for British clients with interest in Spain and for Spanish Banks, companies and individuals in relation to commercial and litigation enforcement proceedings in the UK.
Alejandro holds a PhD in Spanish Tax and specialises in tax, wealth management and litigation, particularly in double taxation issues and cross border litigation cases and their enforcement, with a deep knowledge of International Private Law issues.
