Maria Segura is a state aid specialist with many years of practice in the area. Former Deputy Director of the Competition and State Aid Directorate of the EFTA Surveillance Authority, she has also worked in state aid matters at the European Commission and for the Competition and Trade Department of a leading international law firm. She has gained a wide ranging experience in the defence of state aid decisions before the Courts.
She speaks English, German, French and Spanish.
