Welcome to our inaugural newsletter of 2014. So, the first month of the year is over, and with it, the personal tax return deadline for another year. Hopefully you’ve avoided any penalties by filing your tax return on time, however if you missed it, you might be in luck as HMRC granted a last-minute reprieve to some, more details of which are below.
This month, we’ll also be looking at taxation and reliefs for landlords, pension auto-enrollment and not getting caught out with insurance bonds amongst other things.
