Jean-François has been specializing in tax law since 1993. In 1998, he became tax partner in the Belgian law firm Tossens & Prioux and then joined Altra Law in 2011.
He has acquired a vast and diversified experience in the field of tax law, where he acts both as an advisor and a litigator.
He regularly advises on national or international tax planning issues, considering his knowledge of tax regulations in Belgium and Belgium’s neighbouring countries.
Jean-François has a deep experience in the negotiation and litigation with the tax authorities as well as before the courts.
His scope of activities includes Corporate tax, Individual tax, VAT and duties.
