Dr. Andreas Respondek is an American Attorney (since 1983), a German Attorney (since 1986) and a Chartered Arbitrator (FCIArb since 2005).
He combines legal and management experience, held positions as Director Legal Services / Member of the Board in Luxembourg and Singapore (Boehringer Mannheim), Managing Director Thailand (Boehringer Mannheim), Managing Director Greater China (Boehringer Mannheim), Regional Managing Director Asia Pacific (Fresenius Kabi) and established Respondek & Fan in 1998.
RESPONDEK & FAN was established in 1998 and maintains offices in Singapore and Bangkok. The firm assists successful corporate investors in (i) creating the legal structures for continued and sustainable growth, (ii) helps them to minimize areas of risk and (iii) advises them regarding their day-to-day needs for legal advice.
