Beng Chai has over 25 years of extensive corporate and commercial experience in Malaysia and Singapore. He has been the Managing Partner of the firm since inception and heads the corporate and commercial team in the firm.
He founded Tay & Partners in 1989 and established both JB and KL Offices. His major professional specialisation includes M&A, equity capital markets, private equity, FDI Malaysia and regional M&As. His other practice areas include competition law, regulatory and commercial agreements. He is also a co-founding partner of ATMD Bird & Bird LLP, Singapore.
