Nicola trained at Theodore Goddard (now Addleshaws) in London and worked at Mishcon de Reya and Mundays before joining Stevens & Bolton LLP in 2011 as a commercial partner and head of franchising.
Nicola has over 12 years specialist experience in advising on all commercial matters arising out of franchising, with a broad practice advising both franchisors and franchisees from start up to exit. Although the franchise practice advises a large number of UK franchisors, the team has a particular focus on international expansion through franchising and licensing including: advising master franchisees and area developers, as well preparing international franchise documentation and assisting in negotiations.
