I have spent nine years with my firm and been involved in almost all key transactions and projects that my firm’s corporate division (in which I sit as Partner) handled.
Founded in 1999 by several senior attorneys & law professors who had been practicing and lawyering in China for 15-20 years, Fangben Law Office has ever evolved into an outstanding and client-oriented boutique law firm with extensive presence in China and a full range of legal services. Fangben has office in Shanghai, Suzhou and Beijing at present.
