Constantine has extensive experience in complex litigation (often with a cross border element) related to banking and commercial law, corporate law, insolvency proceedings and construction law before the Courts of Cyprus and arbitration tribunals. In addition, Constantine has lectured at an undergraduate level on Civil Procedure, The Law of Tort and Construction Law.
Constantine acts for a range of clients, including Banks, Investment Funds, Construction, Technology and Energy Companies, as well as individuals. Constantine heads the International Litigation Department at GYY.
