  •          The impact of ODR technology on Dispute Resolution in the UK – (see Link)

Thomson Reuters has produced a cross-segment report, looking at online dispute resolution technology and its impact on dispute resolution in the UK. The report and findings are based on interviews with over 40 subject matter experts and market participants, predominantly from the UK but with insight from Europe and the US.
