The 11th M&A International Lawyers Conference will be hosted in Prague this year. We will offer a broad range of highly qualified speakers from different countries.
The speakers will explain, on the one hand, specific particularities of their respective national laws to be taken into consideration when dealing with transactions involving their jurisdictions and, on the other hand, particularities with regard to specific questions raised in the course of M&A deals. Some of the presenters will focus more on cases they have dealt with and others will give you a broader outline of trends and developments.
As at the previous Conferences, we have arranged for some highlights to relax and to enjoy after the formal part of the Conference, which will give you the possibility to speak to each other offering a forum to present yourself to the other participants.
